Arnold is an experienced Title Rep with Western Resources Title. His services are invaluable for our sellers during the pre-sale, listing and selling phase. They make sure our sellers are protected from liability effecting title and also check for any transfer issues to make sure all buyers receive clean title. They meticulously review title issues, title insurance policies, facilitate closings, and file and record paperwork.

Jesse has over 17 yrs experience in the real estate industry and is an expert in prequalifying buyers for home purchases and matching them with the best financing to meet their goals. He is an invaluable team member and helps our sellers prequalify all buyers before an offer is accepted and enters escrow, saving a great deal of time for all parties. Jesse holds a brokers license and is a member of the California Association of Realtors, OCAR and NMLS certified. He can also be found teaching other broker at the Orange County Association of Realtors.
